I contacted one of the two advisors by email and set up an interview, after I had already submitted my resume. The main advisor called me a week later and basically asked my questions that were already on my resume. Then I showed up for the one on one interview with the other advisor, and basically it was not an interview, but him asking me two questions about my major and anything he could find that instant on my resume, then offering me the job.

Interview Questions

The interview was a joke. They weren't really trying to interview you. It was more a way of looking like so sort of formality, because the job was basically all cold calling. They didn't care how dumb you were, or even if you showed up on time or at all.
