The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
Excel test was not expected as it was not mentioned. The company trades on options and derivatives. I have read about derivatives and options market a little bit, but I do not come from finance background. So, my knowledge is restricted to what I learnt in the last few days. But, Questions on general aptitude saved me that day I believe. Options are basically used only on S and P Index in the company primarily. The office is small as there was only one head trader and he took the interview for me.

Interview
Once the firm accepts your resume, you go in and will have to take an excel test to see how you fit within the firm. After 30 minutes to an hour, you then go in and interview 1 on 1 with the trader. He/she will ask typical interview questions (ie: biggest strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work there, etc). If he/she likes your personality, you will then be given a paper to write (most likely on something related to options/ derivatives). After a week or so, you will go in and chat with the project manager for a final interview. They were very respectful and genuine throughout the whole intern process.
Interview Questions
Why do you want to intern here. This wasn't unexpected, but it was different for me interning for a firm that had nothing to do with my current major. It was on the opposite side of the spectrum.

Interview
I was called after submitting a resume and cover letter to come in a do an interview. I was made an offer at the interview but I ended up getting a job at my top choice so i took that instead.
Interview Questions
There is a brainteaser test you have to fill out before the interview starts. Nothing too hard and some of the questions are subjective.
All fit questions and you have to rank how interested you are as the interviewer calls out specific duties of the job. It was a pretty easy interview if you are interested in finance and the internship.
