Interview
I visited the company and talked with both the director and CEO. They asked me some technical (engineering) questions as well as classic interview questions.
Interview Questions
The director asked me about the thermodynamics of heat-pumps. These are one of the main products of the company so I knew that it was important to give a good answer that showed off my scientific understanding.

The manager asked me how long I would like to work at ISO Energy. This question surprised me because I had not given any thought to this matter and was only planning of doing some work as a design engineer over the summer to gain experience of working in the energy industry (and earn some money).
