Interview
Initial Interview from on campus recruiting, led to a small dinner for a hot list of candidates later that night. Later faced with another on campus interview as a second round, this time one on one with their CEO, also an alum.
Interview Questions
Talk about a time you failed? This is a challenging question not necessarily because it was unexpected but mainly because it appeared that the CEO was looking to see that I would admit to having failed several times. He stressed the importance of failure at ITG and how many candidates who have gone to elite high schools and universities havnt failed enough. I think he especially was looking for a very real and genuine failure, especially one on a professional level. I specifically talked about a couple of specific examples from one of my previous internships where I clearly failed at my job but was able to learn and rebound
What Isn't on your resume that we should still know about you? He kind of elaborated and made it seem like the question wasn't purely a fit one; he wanted something that wasn't on the resume that could very well have been one there. He wasn't looking to listen to the type of sports teams I root for or the types of shows i watch on Netflix. This question honestly took me by surprise and for a second I thought it would be tough to answer - if it was worth talking about then why wasn't it on my resume already? I did manage to think on my feet and talk about a semi professional experience I had at a university program when I was in high school

Interview
I attended an onsite information session set up through my school and submitted my resume to HR during the visit. I was then invited to an on campus interview one month later. The interview was 1-on-1 and was with an IT employee (made no sense since the position was S&T). He asked me questions on technical analysis, asked me to pitch one small-, mid- and large-cap company, and threw in some situational questions (you pitched a bad stock to your client last week...what do you do now).
Interview Questions
Pitch a small, mid and large cap stock.

Interview
Interview consisted of a long introduction to the company, with detailed explanations of how i would fit into the team and my potential progression over the next few years. A critical analysis of my curriculum vitae followed. No real difficult questions, more them trying to figure my skillsets. After this, the interview moved back into them convincing me of the environment in ITG and how much fun it is to work with.
Interview Questions
Tell me why you would be a good fit for this job. They then went on to highlight the problems that I would have in the job based off what I had just answered. They then asked me to explain how i would deal with these potential problems, this went back and forth for a considerable while.
Explain how you used your entrepreneurial skill to solve a problem. They wanted me to clearly show insight and innovative solutions to problems that I had encountered. THis was basically a question of how had I solved a problem in a way that I didnt think that anybody else could.
