The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview

I applied online on their company website, then was replied by a phone interview during which I was asked about my current role, what sorts of analyses I did while I was in my current job, and also my coding languages. I was also asked about salary requirements and my goals for my career.
1 month later, an on-site interview was asked, which lasted an 8 hour day, during which I gave a 15 minute presentation on a topic of my choice, a 1 hr Skype interview, completed a coding exercise in a coding language of my choice which was one of their previous cases, and followed by an exit interview.

Interview Questions

The most difficult and unexpected interview question was probably the programming exercise during the whole day. There were more than 10 tasks, one followed by another which were all related. I only had probably 4 hr combined in total to finish my work with minimal guidance and kept interrupted by presentations, interviews between interviews. The task they gave me was the third choice of my programming skill list which apparently wasn't my best strength. I assume that they were looking for candidates that would work as a team.
