What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, got 3 rounds of phone intrerviews. The process is very streamlined. HR is very responsive and schedule interviews within a few days. Interviews are conducted by traders, who are progressively more senior and less engaged/interested. Round 1 will be done by a junior, who will give you his full attention and will be happy to talk to you for a longer period. Round 3 will be a senior, who's going to spend 25 minutes max with you, whilst doing something else.
