Assistant Trader (Full Time)

I submitted my application through Jane Street's website. I received an e-mail inviting me to a phone interview about three weeks later. After my first interview, I received an e-mail later that same day telling me I made it to the 2nd round (again phone interview - this time with someone from NY). After my 2nd phone interview, it took about 3 days to get another email telling me I got through to the 3rd round (again phone interview). Three days later, they told me I was invited for an interview at their London office.
The interviews were all very technical, mainly brainteasers and probability questions. Make sure you read all the questions on glassdoor.com as they reuse a lot of them. They also ask you about your confidence in each answer.
