What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are up to three phone screens of pure math technical interviews consisting mostly of brain teasers and how much you would theoretically pay to play certain games. If you make it past the three phone screens, they invite you for in person interviews, which I hear are extremely difficult, even more so than the phone screens. The process is purely based on brainpower IMHO. Doesn't seem like they care much about personality or anything else. Just that you can make money for the firm.
