Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online in late August. I'm a MathCS double with a solid resume...top 25 school, but major non target for prop firms.
First interview: brain teasers, probability, the usual, WITH NO PEN/PAPER
Went alright and I got a second round.

Second round: Allowed pen/paper
2 straightforward brain teasers. They required multiple steps to get to the answer.
The 3rd brain teaser got me. Really difficult problem involving working backwards for about 30 steps.
Found it online and showed to a friend at another top shop and he couldn't believe how difficult.

Biggest recommendation is to go through the website braingle.com and train the math ones. Thats where they get them from.
