Following initial CV screening, sent an excel task on Trade Settlements to do as a take home activity in 5 days, easy to do relied on basic formulas. Following this task invited to a 1 on 1 phone interview with HR. All questions were motivational, focused on motivations for the role and past experiences. Following round was with the operations team, however I did not make it to this
