What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied directly on their website. I received an email the next day to schedule a first phone interview. They were very flexible and accommodating the time and date.
The call for the first interview came exactly as scheduled, not a minute later. First interview was mostly probability and brainteaser type questions. All of them had well-defined solutions.
The second interview had tougher questions whose solutions were more open-ended. The idea was to see your thought process and approaches to the problems, and evaluate your confidence in solutions.
I didn't get any farther along in the process.
