What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online on October, 2016.

I was given an opportunity to replace resume screening with round 0 interview, which consisted of four simple probability questions on HackerRank platform.

After round 0, I went through two phone interviews, each consisted of probability questions, which were very difficult. The topics were mainly on expected value, Baye's Theorem and basic game theory. They ask you to how confident are you in your answer, and sometimes ask you to give an interval in which the correct answer will lie instead of an exact answer. (e.g. "Give me a 90% confidence interval for the answer this problem")
