Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First completed an excel exercise which seemed to test for attention to detail and paying close attention to instructions. Next was 45 min phone interview consisting of Fermi problem and a math/probability problem. They seemed to test for communication and wanted to understand your thought process. Was contacted an hour after the phone interview for final round. Since COVID still has everyone WFH, final round will be 5 hour virtual conference. Haven’t completed final round yet.
