Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online. About 10 days later I heard back from recruiter that they wanted to set up an interview with me. Then I had a phone screen, about 45 minutes long where I had to write code on collabedit. One or two days later I was notified that I have passed to the next round. The second round was again online coding. I passed this round as well and we scheduled the third interview which was, once again, online technical interview. Very soon I received a rejection.
