What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
4 phone interviews of increasing difficult. The first was mostly mental math problems (no pen/paper but I guess that is personal integrity) and then some basic probability/combinatorics. The hardest part was giving a confidence on the number of questions I got correct. The second and third involved Fermi problems (including 90% CI) and choosing optimal strategies in various games (and being able to justify why). The final interview was more of the same plus basic market making.
