Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted me within one week of applying and scheduled a phone interview. Passed rounds 1 and 2 - they notified me of my results before the day was over. People with strong math backgrounds (particularly competitive math, i.e., USAMO and Putnam) should do very well. I've heard that if you have reasonably strong credentials going in, they skip over mental math and basic probability questions - this was certainly the case for me.
The round 3 interview was noticeably harder than rounds 1 and 2, and I think I made a few silly mistakes that led to a rejection.
