Trading Intern

Applied through on campus recruiting and then three rounds of phone interviews before I got the offer. First interview was all mental math and some confidence interval questions. Second interview allowed pen and paper and had some longer math questions. Third interview again allowed pen and paper and had more longer questions math questions. There were also a couple of fit questions. The first two interviewers were unfamiliar with the exact process for winter interns and did not know how many rounds of interviews there were. Questions were generally challenging but fun (if you enjoy math). Interviewers generally seemed nice.
