Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The questions were not too difficult if given paper, but actually very challenging to do mentally. I applied through college and was immediately given an interview. The interviewer doesn't care about the resume and doesn't introduce himself or the company and goes directly to mental math. In 30 minutes, one was expected to answer 4 mental math questions and 6 probability questions mentally.
