Interview
There is no Online Assessments and if you pass the resume stage they'll move straight to the in person interview. The first round interview is calculating basic EVs related to many different scenarios and the level of difficulty is about the problems in the green book. The second round is playing a game with a trader but I guess they focus more on how you approach the problem and how you communicate rather than figuring out the right solution in the first try.
Interview Questions
The first round was pretty easy , but the second round was definitely trickier. The game involved betting on dice rolls under multiple constraints. Even if you get the optimal strategy in the first try the interviewer may chance numbers or rules a tiny bit and you'll have to adjust your approach asap.

Interview
I applied with a CV and cover letter. As I am from a smaller University in Germany, I think some trading projects were very useful getting an interview invitation.
It took around 1 month from passed through CV screening to the first interview. It included 2 brain teasers with some expected value. I didn't get the second right immediately but managed to solve everything in the end.
2nd interview with more senior trader. More difficult brain teasers. I solved the first one but didn't manage to solve the second one and therefore was rejected.

IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
After the initial resume drop and resume screen (I'm assuming), I was sent a link to complete a cognitive assessment. The test was basically asking to decipher some text from a made up language and match it to some English phrases. There were some phrases in the made up language in the left half of the screen and English phrases on the right half. After matching, I was prompted to explain how I went about solving the problem in as much detail as possible.
Interview Questions
It just a single question that comprised of deciphering a made up language.

Rapid response time with recruiter, first round interview consisted of various games you are presented with and have to identify the optimal strategy. I applied late in the cycle so my first round questions were more difficult than usual I think. Despite getting through all the questions I was not selected to move on to another round.
Interview Questions
A three player strategy game in which each player is presented with several options in their turn, all dependent on the outcome of a random d100 roll. Identify each player's optimal strategy and expected winnings.
