What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through Janus Capital Website and was asked to set up an intial phone interview. HR called and asked general fit questions (Walk me through your resume, how do you deal with pressure and multiple deadlines, why banking) that lasted about 30 minutes. HR lady was very nice and had a chat about traveling for 5 minutes or so. Next phone interview was with the Hiring Manager. He seemed very busy and a bit pretentious but asked similiar general fit questions. This only lasted 15 minutes.
