The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Interview
Meet with the head of the bridge loan program as well as the head of the equity bucket program. Both are nice guys and the interview process is very laid back. No technical questions, just general "feel" and "fit" Q&A. Expecting a call soon as they are early on in the process and are rounding out the initial candidate pool to move on. From conversations with the two, it did seem to be more of a "fly by the seat of your pants" mentality about the firm. Meaning they are still growing and are not as well organized or structured as they could be.
