Lehman, who served six years as Secretary of the United States Navy (1981-1987) and recently completed service as a member of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (the "9/11 Commission"). For almost two decades, J.F. Lehman has pursued an exclusive and consistent focus on investing in lower middle market companies in the defense, aerospace and maritime industries and the technologies that originate from them.
