Interview
Had 3 rounds of interviews. First with the direct team members. 2nd with some higher ups and 3rd with the CFO and HR reps. Basic interview, asking about prior work experience. Seeing if you can hold your weight in a conversation. Sound enthusiastic and knowledgeable and you'll be good.
Interview Questions
Nothing out of the ordinary. All 3 interviews were fairly straight forward stuff that you would expect in any interview. Hardest question was "How would your current boss describe you" which I fumbled around a while with. Not entirely sure any other question was out of the ordinary. Most things were describing your current role and how it related to the job at hand. Be prepared to listen and ask questions based on the conversation. Let it flow naturally. Its okay to have question written up prior.
