I applied through my campus recruiting site and received a follow up to schedule a phone interview about a month after. The phone interview was fairly standard and mainly consisted of technical questions about accounting and valuation methods. Interviewer also asked a few fit questions and left time for questions at the end. Heard back after 1 week for a second phone interview which was similar to the first in format. I was invited to the SF office for a Super Day two weeks after. The Super Day consisted of 6 interviews and was mostly fit based although there were a few brain teasers and valuation questions thrown in as well. There was also a short skill test involving proofreading and identifying mistakes in a printed out deck. After the interviews, the team took all of us out for lunch.
The experience was great. Both phone interviewers were welcoming and took the time to listen to my personal answers and even gave a little guidance and clarification for a technical question misunderstanding. The interviewers I had during the Super Day were all very open and seemed to genuinely try and make a connection during our short conversations. I didn't hear back immediately although another applicant told me he heard back right away. I got a call a few days later with an offer and accepted.
