Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got first round through employee. Had 2 rounds of phone interviews, and then had a in person interview day where I met with 4 people. They wanted to bring me back in for another round (one guy didn't show up due to last minute deal), but I had to respond to another offer before that could happen. Overall very solid experience, guys seemed very smart, and had a good culture.
