Investment Banking Analyst

First round interviews; 2 part modeling test (Pt. 1 Advanced Excel skills, Pt. 2 Financial Modeling); 2nd Round interviews; Superday 12 brought out to SF office going for two spots in SF and 1 in NYC. (Superday Candidates included kids with SA stints at IB firms including a few from BBs and EBs)

Superday was highly fit based lasting around 4 hours talking to around 6 team members (1 analyst, 2 VPs, 3 MDs). Very fun and easy to talk to. MDs were very down to earth and keen on knowing more about the candidates.

Gorgeous SF office in the Transamerica Pyramid overlooking the entire bay area. Arguably the best workplace view in the city.

There was an evening dinner by the bay followed by analyst taking out candidates for a great night in San Francisco. Funnest superday experience I've ever had. Analyst were very accommodating and were kind enough their own insights into how to handle full-time life in IB and answer any questions.

Team seemed very close and diverse in skills and backgrounds. Work hard play hard.
