Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It's a small intern class in the SF office. They do their first rounds in Jan, Superday things in early Feb. They're intern program is on the newer side but has been getting more applications and more competitive as a result. Starts with a phone interview. Superday can be in person of via Skype. Because of its size it really helps to reach out to as many people in the office as possible. The first round was a 2-1 phone interview, mix of technicals/behavioral/why SF/general getting to know you questions.
