Through a recruiter. Initially met with VPs for more technical interviews/deal questions. Later met with the rest of the investment team.
Interview Questions
The questions were relatively straightforward. Most of the questions revolved around deal experience and some paper LBO and basic depreciation questions. A lot of the interviews centered around fit. The company is relatively small so fit seemed like the most important factor. Most of the senior deal team members focused on deals and was relatively cursory. All in all, the interviews were relatively straightforward and would not call them difficult or out of the ordinary. Be yourself and you should be alright.
