Interview
It is a very length process as it is a big company. I reach out to some recruiters (via cold email) and they really appreciated the intiative especially bc im so young and so one of them forwarded my resume and thats how I got in the process I applied to like 60 roles and so I got hirevues for some of them through that. And after Hirevues there was a final round interview that consisted of a behavioral interview where they are assessing if you fit the role or not. My advice for this is if its just a finance role dont like project yourself as general finance everythign you want to talk about should be specific to the role rather than being just wanting to be a "financial analyst"
Interview Questions
One question that caught me off guard was when they said how does this specific role contribute to you and like what you want to achieve in your career.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn over the summer for the Finance Internship program for JnJ. I did not hear back from the company until early September when they were doing recruiting at my campus and they called me asking to do an in person interview. I was interviewed by the recruiter and 2 other analysts for the firm as a group. Most questions were resume related and there was no technical aspect at all. I'd say the interview was about 20 minutes long. A few days after the interview, I got the call about the offer and accepted. In retrospect, JnJ has one of the easiest intern recruitment processes with only one behaviorial interview.
Interview Questions
There was nothing difficult about the interview process at all. Basic questions like "Walk me through your resume," and "Tell me about a difficult challenge you have faced and how did you solve it."

I applied haphazardly, but received the offer to interview. I was also interviewing with Amazon for a PM role. The MLDP is just a fancy name for and LDP in product mgmt for MedTech. 1st round was 2 current LDP's so people 1-2 years out of MBA. They were super friendly, almost coaching me through. You could tell they wanted you to succeed.
2nd round was with 2 directors in person. Same format, no case. Just behaviorals really. While this was more intense, both interviewers were really nice. One called me the next day to say they were going to extend an offer.

After this you have a two day assessment centre including a presentation, personal interview ans group interview
Interview Questions
Not really an unexpected. Ask a lot of questions about working in teams, times you’ve gone out of your comfort zone. They asked about a time I had a moral dilemma and how I fixed it
