I applied haphazardly, but received the offer to interview. I was also interviewing with Amazon for a PM role. The MLDP is just a fancy name for and LDP in product mgmt for MedTech. 1st round was 2 current LDP's so people 1-2 years out of MBA. They were super friendly, almost coaching me through. You could tell they wanted you to succeed.
2nd round was with 2 directors in person. Same format, no case. Just behaviorals really. While this was more intense, both interviewers were really nice. One called me the next day to say they were going to extend an offer.

I was asked all behavioral questions, none of them out of the ordinary. The one technical question asked if I knew what the three financial statements were.
Interview Questions
This interview was not out of the ordinary. It started with "walk me through your resume". From there, I remember being asked about a time where I faced a challenge. I was also asked to describe a time when I had a lot of competing priorities and asked how I dealt with it. I think it definitely helped to know a bit about the company's products and why I was specifically interested in working for healthcare. The only technical question that was asked was if I knew what the three financial statements were.

Interview
Was invited for a one on one video interview with someone in the Finance Talent Management team. They are basically an HR employee. First 4 or so questions were "technical" based questions but were incredibly easy. They were basic things like if assets increase by 10,000 and liabilities increase by 5,000 how much does owners equity increase by. Everyone gets the same questions to be fair for all. Rest were behavioral and focused primarily on teamwork and leadership. Be sure to mention the company credo (they love that) and also stress leadership traits and times you were a leader. They may also ask you to walk them through your resume. Once this interview was done, I was notified by the same person a week later that I was accepted and would get an offer package in the mail. After this they called and asked which location I would like to work at and then eventually our manager contacted us with logistics info.
Interview Questions
Nothing was incredibly difficult or unexpected. Be sure to brush up on your basic finance/accounting concepts. Make sure you know the basic formula of assets = liabilities + owner equity. They ask a lot of people the question: What costs go into making this pen/pencil? Be sure to mention labor, materials and manufacturing overhead. Make sure to get into specifics with this question. They also asked a depreciation question which touched on straight line depreciation and calculating how much depreciation is done a year. They also want to know specific excel knowledge so make sure you can mention what formulas and features of excel you are familiar with.

Interview
I was referred by an employee. I got a phone call for a phone screening and then we went through a 45 minute interview.
Interview Questions
If x happens to assets what happens to owners equity?
I was interviewing for the finance co-op, so I was not expecting to be asked so many technical accounting questions. You can expect the interview to be half technical questions and half behavioral. For the accounting questions you basically just have to know the balance sheet and income statement in and out (understand the statement of cash flows too). For the behavioral they are looking to understand that you can work in a team and you can solve problems. They also asked me what a goal I set it, and how I will accomplish it.

Interview
The interview was an On campus interview. Because the school I am attending is a target school for Johnson & Johnson, there was only one interview that was one on one.
Interview Questions
All the questions were very expected. They consisted mostly of behavioral question and two technical questions. The overall interview was very conversational. The two technical questions that were asked were about the financial statements. I had to describe in detail how all three financial statements link together and then he asked me which one I would pick if I only had a choice to look at one. Overall, the whole interview process was very standard and all the questions were on glassdoor website as reference.
