The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I met one of the partners for lunch. He was really easy-going, and we hit it off famously. We didn't discuss much finance, both of us went through the same Master of Finance program, albeit with a 7-8 year gap. We talked about New Orleans, my goals in finance, his family, and generally just had a good time. My conversation with him mirrored my experience working at JRCO - It was laid back but demanded that I show initiative. If you're not a go-getter, do not apply.
Interview Questions
Honestly, I didn't have any technical questions. He asked me a bunch of pretty open ended questions to get a sense of what I knew (literally, "what do you know about energy markets?"). I suppose the most difficult aspect was demonstrating in just the right way that I would do anything, absolutely anything they need and that I'm fascinated by the work, while dropping in some of the right buzz words to make it sound like I really knew what I was talking about (I didn't, I had to pick up a lot on the fly). But I got the internship because we had a great conversation, and enjoyed one another's presence.

Interview
I was contacted by the senior analyst who was referred to me by my school. the interview was about 1 hour total. first, i met the senior analyst who basically went over my resume with me, asked about what stocks i've been following, why energy, ect....then i met with the junior analyst (within the same group)....he basically asked the same exact questions
Interview Questions
there were no really hard questions, it was basically a fit position due to the entry-level nature of the position
i'd say the hardest part of the interview was that he just kept asking which stocks i followed, even though i'd already provided like 5 different stocks..so i guess i was unprepared in this regard because i didn't have enough knowledge of additional stocks
