The Overall Ranking is a score from 1 star (very bad) to 5 stars (excellent) generated based on the Company Reviews of current and former employees at this company, taking everything into account.

Company Details
Solid organization and firmwide cohesion. Culture in my group was a bit snobbish, and the worst sides of banking (brutal hours/marketing focus) were evident, not smoothed over the way they are at EVR/PJT/CVP type shops. Comp mediocre. If I could do it again would go to one of the aforementioned.
