2023 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program

Applied online. Invited to do a HireView. HireView was 3 questions (2 behavioral, 1 on markets). Heard back about 5 weeks later with invitation for superday. Superday was three 25 minute interviews, 1-on-1, with an associate, a VP, and a Director. 2 interviews were basic behavioral (tell me about a time you worked in a team, hit a deadline, etc). The technical interview was average, just out of the 400q guide. Discussed DCF, LBOs, general market knowledge, deals/trends I've paid attention to, etc.
