Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview with HR and head of recruitment
Several different 1 on 1 interviews that were largely behavioural and CV --> stress knowing your CV inside out and be able to apply everything there to why you would be good at the job
Excel test on accounting and finance knowledge --> building income statement from a bunch of data given about a firm and then answering questions on how they could improve their financial position.
Group interview about improving product offering, trying to get young people interested in investing. Quite fun in general not as intense as other assessment centres
