CADP Summer Analyst

First you get an invitation to do a video interview with three basic behavioral questions. If you are selected from thousands of applicants, you are called to a two day event (typically in their Brooklyn office) which consists of a day of panels with analysts and networking with VPs, MDs. Associates and the so on. The second day you will be interviewed be two people (30 minutes each back to back). Thereafter, the event concludes around 5:00PM and you are taken back to the airport, train station etc, by their driver.

If you are not from the NYC area, they will pay for you flight, train, buss, gasoline, uber/taxis and your hotel. They also offer a dinner where you get to network with other higher level employees as well as analysts and ask questions about the hiring process, operations, culture of the company, metric for advancement and so forth.

As far as the interview questions, they are not technical at all. The questions are very much behavioral and fairly easy to answer. Some of my peers who also interviewed said that some of the interviewers did not even ask questions relating to the job at all. It was more like a conversation/kicking the can type of thing.

After two weeks, you will get a phone call (yes...not an email but an actual human voice on the other line). If you get this phone call, even if you miss the call, rest assure you are getting an offer. Three days later you will get an email with starting days, salary, process, drug testing details etc. They also offer a scholarship which helps a lot. When you factor the scholarship t the salary etc, it is actually not a bad gig. After thta, you have two weeks to say yay or nay.
