All personality based questions.
No technical exams or case studies.

Sent thank you emails (and received short, pleasant replies)
No updates for a week and a half

Emailed ED to ask for updates
He said he would reply the following week
The next week came and went with no reply

I will assume that it’s a “no.”
Sad, because I honestly thought I was a good fit for the team and that I held my own during the interviews.
