Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online with JP Morgan London through their careers portal. I also had an added employee referral for the role. I did the online testing which was a series of games to test your IQ as well as your risk tolerance and problem solving skills. I believe I also did an online recorded video interview which was easy as you could re-record if you felt you made a mistake. Further, after about a month or more went by, I got the final round interview invitation to their assessment centre in Canary Wharf. We were about 16 people I believe and it was 8am until close to 5pm. Non stop interviews and assessments -- almost speed dating style. A room with 16 desks or however many had different VPs at the tables and we would get allocated numbers and interview with each of them. Did about 6 1-1 interviews in the day. Began with a case study which was easy numerics, just had to pay attention to detail into the numbers required. Basically easy maths and totally self contained. Completely over studied for it. The day was tiring due to the 1-1 interviews and not the individual case study. Staff were friendly and nice enough although HR was slow and not at all transparent.
