Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through a recruiter for the JA Program. Interviews were done in three stages. First round was a video interview but I also had two informal calls with hiring managers before. Second round was with the first out of my top three group choices, one call with an associate, one conference call with two VP's.

Superday was with several professionals from my first choice region but not all from the same team. Most difficult part of the process was the second call which was highly technical. Superday was a mix of technical and behavioral. You won't know beforehand which your interviewer has been assigned to do but the general consensus has been two technical and one behavioral rounds. The number of interviewers seems to differ by location and group choice.
