Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview w/ IB analyst in SF office, non technical, very (why JPM, why this group, what skills do IB analysts need), second interview w/ associate in same group/office. Somewhat similar, a bit more technical but nothing too crazy. Third phone interview w/ MD, not technical at all BUT very focused on why the group, why JPM, why not HF (i had HF internship on my resume). Waiting to hear back for superday.
