Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online, one month later I got invited to do a recorder video interview. The video interview consisted of four relatively easy questions. Typical - why did you choose finance? what is going on in the markets?. A week later I got an invitation to go to the Winning Women event. The event is two days - the first is learning about the company and the second is a super day. The super day consisted on 1 two-on-one interview and then a one-on-one interview. Again, typical questions - "If you have a million dollars, how would you invest it?"
