I was emailed to book in for 1st round phone interviews (i'm in a different city). They were the next day, and consisted of 3X20 minute interviews with 1 person each. One of the interviewers played the 'bad cop' I guess, but he even told me he was doing so which was odd. Asked general questions about the markets, and then based on my answers, I was asked more probing questions. I was called the night of, and asked to go for final round. Super positive experience with really friendly and knowledgeable interviewers. I was nervous of course, but came out having actually enjoyed the experience. Questions were pretty standard that you would get in any S&T interview, not overly technical.
