1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did a mandatory hirevue after applying online that consisted of basic behavioral (Why JPM, Why WM, etc). Received invitation for the superday about 2-4 weeks after the hirevue. Superday consisted mostly of behaviorals (Why firm, why role, why location, etc) and a little bit of basic technicals (Whats the fed going to do w/ interest rates, how can you hedge inflation today, etc).
