Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The Interview consisted of a 30 minute phone call, and then a Superday with 6 people, 30 minutes each. I was contacted by HR who set me up with an analyst from the bank. The analyst was an alumni from my bank and just wanted to get to know me so he could decide if he wanted to recommend me. He did send a recommendation letter. A week later I got contacted for a phone interview which was mostly fit questions, with a few market outlook questions. Then, I was invited to a superday a week later. The superday were fit questions, a case study, and technical/market questions.
