Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied in late November. I applied through their online portal and had to submit my CV and answer a couple of behavioural / motivational questions. I was contacted a couple of weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted for approximately 30 min and consisted mainly of motivational questions and some commercial knowledge questions.
