1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an automatic invite to complete pymetric games. The games you will play may vary upon division but they do not require and preparation. Received in-depth results about my traits from various perspectives. A week later I was then invited to the video interview which had 3 questions. There was an opportunity to retake each question if the first attempt wasn't good. 6 weeks later I received an invite to the assessment centre.
The AC consisted mainly of competency and situational questions, with some commercial awareness and technical questions from some interviewers.
