I applied online and then received notice to submit video responses through their system, similar to HireVue but easier because you have unlimited time between tries to compose your answers. Those questions were on leadership and experience so entirely easy. Then, for final round at the headquarters in New York, I had 3 interviews all 2 on 1. Mainly behaviorals and fit questions so nothing hard but the brain teasers were really hard for some reason. That's the only place i struggled.
