The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
After submitting my resume I was called by the research head to schedule an interview. At the interview, behavioural questions were asked to gauge what kind of a person I was and whether I was a good fit. No technicals.
Interview Questions
The question were easy behavioural questions. Asked me to go through my resume. Tell them about my self. Talk about leadership experiences. Why I want to work in the department. Tailored my answers in a way so as to seem like the best fit for the organization. At this level, they are usually looking for people who they can work with and teach. They want someone who is a quick learner and passionate or at least has an interest in the markets. No technical questions were asked but they did ask me to tell them about something interesting happening in the news.
