Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a 1 on 1 interview with an excel test to follow. I met one of the heads the first day too but I'm not sure that it will happen for everyone. The interview consists of fit questions, a brainteaser/logic question and some technical questions. Brush up on the logic questions and basic derivatives stuff. Superday will involve interviews with the rest of the heads and a couple associates in a 1 on 1 basis. It will vary by the desk but expect more logic questions, some fit but lots of technical questions.
