The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Spoke with one of the team members. Heard back a few weeks later from a recruiter that I had been extended an offer.
Interview Questions
There really wasn't is was all basic behavioral questions. Some examples would be, tell me about a time you worked in a team, what do you do when you are faced with a problem, what do you know about healthcare, do you know how to use excel, access, etc. They want people who are passionate about healthcare so that needs to be demonstrated as well. The interviewer was really laid back and didn't ask many prying questions. Mostly just accepted answers at face value. You would not really need to prepare much.
