Applied through our university job listing and received an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was the basic fit and a couple technical questions that correspond to FIG. I then got an call the next day inviting me to a superday. The superday lasted the morning and you have and interview with everyone in the group. Very relaxed as they are really just looking for fit. I probably got asked three or four technical for the entire day. The superday was on a Friday and we heard back on Monday regarding offers. The group was extremely collegial and culture seemed to be laid back.
