Interview Questions
What was your biggest failure?
I talked about how I worked at a real estate startup where I was in charge of a project that involved developing a consultation method to onboard high school students. My boss had told me we were meeting with a potential investor, assumed it was a typical dinner meeting, but when I got there they wanted me to present my consultation method. I was totally unprepared and flustered, investor poked a lot of holes in my presentation and said he wouldn’t invest in the project at the time. I was so embarrassed, I went home and made sure to perfect my presentation deck, took all the suggestions/feedback from my boss; eventually landed the investment and he became our first client for the education service.
